AAR’s Health Promotion department has in the recent months been organising group nutrition and lifestyle talks to sensitise members on the need for lifestyle change. It is more important than ever for people to take responsibility for their health and to do everything possible to get into excellent health.
The most recent talk was held at AAR, Sarit Centre on November, 6 2010 and provided an opportunity for AAR members to share experiences and learn more about nutrition and lifestyle.
